Tom Connelly

President and Founder
As our founder and president, Tom Connelly, has been a journeyman insulator throughout Alberta in both the commercial and industrial fields. He started his company in Red Deer, Alberta, in 1977 with a vision of providing excellent craftmanship and service to central Alberta in the industrial and commercial insulation industry. The company has since grown and now proudly serves Western Canada and all of its territories.

Rod Connelly

CFO
Rod Connelly, our CFO, joined us in 1980. In 1988, when we decided to expand the industrial insulation division, Rod oversaw its growth ensuring that our core values of providing exemplary craftmanship and services permeated there too. Under Rod’s guidance the industrial division has become a respected member of the construction and insulation industry.

Scott Glass

Operations Manager
Our operations manager, Scott Glass, worked in the field for many years before pursuing his passion for business management. He plays an active, hands-on role in the business particularly in its Commercial and Hazmat divisions. During his 35 years of field experience his extensive knowledge and experience have evolved to enable an agile expertise in developing commercial insulation solutions for our clients.

Shane Molyneux

Industrial Operations Manager
Shane, our Industrial division’s Operations Manager, originally started and learned the trade with Connelly in the late 90’s and has been involved in the Oil/Gas & Process Industry in Business Development/Management roles since. His vast experience with large oilfield projects including shutdowns, turnarounds, and construction, along with his keen budget sense enable us to keep production and costs within our clients budgets.
